I did some research before choosing a company to clean my air ducts, and I decided to go with Energy Home Service because of the great reviews. After having the service completed today, I now have first hand experience of how great the company truly is. I had the pleasure of having Adam come to my home for a full air duct cleaning and HVAC inspection, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service he provided. From start to finish, Adam was incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. He took great care to keep everything clean and tidy, wearing shoe covers and ensuring that there was no mess left behind. Adam was also extremely knowledgeable—he walked me through the entire process, explained what he was doing, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. On top of that, he offered some great advice for maintaining my HVAC system to keep it running efficiently for years to come. I initially had called air force duct cleaning and they showed up in a sprinter van, no branding, asked a couple of questions about their machine and guy didn't know how much CFM power it has etc. told them to go home as it appears air force subcontract their work. I'm so happy I did that as I stumbled upon EHS. Not like air force which said the job would be 1hr, EHS stayed it would be 3hrs, explain everything involved and showed me live video of the duct cleaning to show me how much was being cleaned. Adam was professional, really paid attention to detail and ensuring everything was protected and no steps missed. What a huge sigh of relief seeing someone acting like a professional and knowing I don't have to worry about anything. Thank you Adam for your great service. These guys are the real deal. Didn't be fooled by the others guys out there.

Very pleased with my duct cleaning service experience. Adam was professional and explained the entire process. Wireless video camera was placed inside the duct near the extraction vacuum hose to visually see debris/dust being evacuated in real time. Extraction hose was placed on supply and return ducts while air line whip device was used to loosen dust from the ducts. Adam also found a couple of issues with open cavities in the basement duct work and a small gas leak with my hot water tank. Corner protectors were used at all corners of the walls to prevent damage. I will definitely use this company again and refer to friends and family.

The technician was incredibly professional, taking extra precautions to prevent any damage to our home—a first in all the years we’ve had this service done, and something we really appreciated. He was thorough in cleaning our ducts, furnace, and dryer vents, and took the time to walk us through the process step by step. To our surprise, we were charged less than the original quote, as we ended up having fewer vents than anticipated. Amazing. Just amazing. From the moment Sam walked into my house he took a look at our air quality and determined exactly what could be improved. The clean of my vents were thorough and he showed me the camera feed of before and after. He covered everything and informed me of every step. He also informed me of maintenance recommendations for the AC and furnace. He showed me damages that the previous home owner did to the unit that I have to fix. He cleaned my dryer vents thoroughly of the accumulated dog hair from the previous owner and showed me just how close I was to having a fire. I recommend this company to everyone.

In strongly recommend Energy Home Service. This is our second time using this service and both times we were privileged to have Adam here. He just left our home and thoroughly cleaned our air ducts and our dryer vent as it was a fire hazard since our dryer kept turning off. Not only was he thorough, he also provided a camera to show how clean the ducts were. He was very knowledgeable about why we were having less air flow in our home. He made useful recommendations on maintaining our air conditioner and furnace. He was considerate to wear shoe protectors and put stoppers on the corners of the walls to prevent any scratches from the cleaning tubes. We have now rebooked this service for 2 years from now as recommended. Thank you for all your help.

Adam did a thorough job cleaning our ductwork. He explained the process before starting the work as well as how to improve the efficiency of our heating system. Wow! The service I received from Adam at Energy Home Service was exceptional! He not only cleaned our ducts and furnace thoroughly but he shared advice on how to improve the air quality in our home as my child has chronic allergies. He checked out the air flow, our humidity levels and made recommendations and shared information generously! We had our ducts cleaned a few times and no one took the time to share information to improve the air quality in our home. It helps that this is a company that deals with HVAC services not just duct cleaning. We also asked Adam to install a humidifier and it works like a charm! We can already feel a difference. We had our duct cleaning, central vac, dryer and furnace cleaning services performed by Daniel. He is very professional, he wore clean booties around the house and was efficient. He provided detailed explanations of the air flow and after inspecting our furnace and humidifier he provided recommendations to maintain optimum air quality in our home. It was interesting to watch the ducts being cleaned, and how much debris we were inhaling. Booked a duct and dryer vent cleaning with Energy Home Service. The technician, Sam, was thorough and explained every step of the process, as well as identifying other issues that were reducing our home's energy efficiency. These problems were separate from the scheduled assessment, including a faulty furnace humidifier water line and needing to change the dryer exhaust tube entirely. He spent 4.5 hours completing the thorough cleaning and replacing parts as needed, which saved a second visit and higher costs. We were able to watch a live video feed of the cleaning as it happened. He also provided a list of recommended improvements (sealing, window replacements, using different filters, etc.) to further increase efficiency. Highly recommend EHS for their services and Sam specifically for his expertise and care.

I highly recommend Energy home for duct and its technician Daniel. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. BBB rating and licensed technician for all the services as advertised. Their services are found on their website with no hidden cost. The representarive, Sabrina was very patient and happily answered all question regarding their services. She did her best to schedule my appointment to accommodate my busy schedule. The quotation was itemized and transparent. Daniel went over the invoice with me before and after the work was done. Daniel did an amazing work. He was well organized and made sure he kept my house clean. There was equipment in place to ensure the hose doesn’t scratch my door, wall corner and even place a red carpet on your stairway to prevent damages. He inspected my furnace and vents for any leakage and tested the air flow He followed his company Standard producers for my service so when it time for my next appointment he or another technician will know what was done and needs to be done. The job spent was over 2.5 hrs. He took his time to inspect the vent to know where to make openings to optimize cleaning rather than make one big hole and vaccuum it. Also, the cleaning holes were re-sealed with quality plugs and the big holes ( for vaccuming ) were sealed properly. He was professional and friendly in answering all my concerns and gave recommendation to inprove my home air quality. The coolest part of the cleaning was that Daniel showed me real time recoding during vacuuming of the vents. Oh Man, the vents were dirty and moldy but ‘sparkly’clean afterwards. H.

We hired Energy Home Service to clean out our dryer duct as we had a problem with clothes not drying properly, requiring 4 tries before the clothes were dry. Adam came over and explained the importance of maintaining dryer duct cleaning, the most important reason being the chance of fire for blocked ducts. We had no idea. He cleaned out the duct thoroughly, leaving our grass almost grey with the dust that was pulled out. It was embarrassing. Adam then cleaned up the mess so we could again see the green and not grey mess. He then looked behind our dryer and pulled out items that fallen behind the dryer and onto the floor such as clothes, garbage bags, etc. This was not part of his job. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, polite and patient. He was great. I would recommend Adam or anyone tech from Energy Home Services for any duct needs. They truly care about their customers and teach the importance of both maintenance and safety. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Energy Clean Heating and Air Systems enough. Everything about our experience with them from their sales team to their installation and services was exceptional and so helpful. We used them to install a new furnace, hot water heater and AC in our house which is a daunting task to try to figure out which one is the best, but as I was talking with Joe, the sales rep I felt like he was actually trying to help us find the right system for our house instead of just trying to sell me something. And then when it was time to install everything Paolo did an exception job. Even when he ran into unexpected issues because our house was older, it was clear he was intent on doing the job right and not just trying to get it done. I will definitely be recommending these guys to all friends and if you need maintenance done on your furnace ask for Paolo. As I said, I can't say enough good things about my experience with him.

My experience using Energy Home Services was nothing but positive. S&S were both professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous. It's clear that Sam takes pride in his work. He walked me through the entire process and as the day progressed he provided updates. He worked in a small mechanical room and despite having a cramped space to work in, he managed to make it all fit. Not only did Sam clean up after he was finished he also provided useful usage tips on how to use the new equipment. It all started with a broken furnace. We have started with the furnace but will be adding a heating pump in the next few months. We retained Energy Clean after enquiring about which furnace and heat pump would be best for our house and it was mainly a battle between Trane and Daikin brands. Trane won. Very professional compared to other companies used in the past, Ahmed was our service provider, first he inspected all the vents and the air returns, examined air flow, found problems and addressed them professionally, cleaned the furnace and lastly he sanitized all the vents, not a particle of dust was spotted anywhere, left the space clean and fresh, he also showed us on camera what’s going on and the amount of dust and debris being collected and sucked by the powerful vacuum, All I can say that this company will be the only one to recommend in the future and whenever we need this type of service. What an AMAZING experience. We were blessed to have Ahmed as our technician. He conducted a thorough assessment of the area and pointed out several areas of heat loss. He checked each heating element and noted poor heat circulation and then proceeded to clean our events. They have powerful tools which suctioned all the dust and debris from our vents. Many of our rooms were noticeably warmer after the service. I only wish I knew about this company sooner. Thank you Ahmed and Energy Home Service for going above and beyond my expectations. Today, I had a duct cleaning job done at my home by Energy Home Service Team. Excellent service provider, very rare to find a Company and a Team like Energy Home Service Duct Cleaning. Very honest, well organized and very well structured from a business perspective. A true value for our money and 110% peace of mind provided with 110% satisfaction. Very professional, certified and dexterity team with a complete understanding of a real science behind duct and air flow management systems. The entire end to end process carried out in a such detail that I cannot describe in few words. Technicians used start of the art technology during the cleaning process and I have seen live cleaning process on instrument screen. They used so-called whip mechanism and process to clean inside air supply channels, a very interesting process to watch. I have seen before and after cleaning live video on instrument screen. I very much appreciated the way they have taken care of house during the entire cleaning process, they have used long standing Door Corner Protectors to avoid any damage to door paint and they laid floor mats on floor to protect floor from any damage, at the end of the cleaning process, the very last step they done is they vacuum the house. These are few preparation details to mention among other details they have taken during the duct cleaning process. Before he did the work and charge us, Adam reviewed the estimate and number of vents. He gave professional advices about management. We found out that there was an error and was overly charged which Adam corrected. They are legit. So we did the business first which was very professionally done. Sam did an absolutely incredible job! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional! He tested the air flow, covered all of the vents, and protected all of the corners and furniture. Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized everything and showed a live video. I was expecting some dust to escape the vents, but NOTHING came into the house from the vents!!! Gave us a lot of tips on how to best maintain and improve the HVAC system to be most energy efficient (some simple diy things too). Most importantly, he found a whole section of one of our basement ducts (facing the ceiling) is completely missing!!! The developers didn't install it, our house inspector missed it, and previous hvac company missed it too. Today we had our ducts cleaned for the first time.
The representative Adam was amazing. He explained everything, gave us helpful advise for more efficient function of our furnace/air conditioner and showed us a video of what actually was being cleaned.

Overall experience was the most pleasant over any service company I’ve dealt with, due to the professionalism and friendliness of your representative, Daniel. He definitely loves his job and was thorough, informative, sociable and personable in carrying out his duties, while being respective to our furniture, surroundings and to myself & family. Will ask for Daniel specifically again. Such a good refreshing soul he is.

Daniel was very kind to explain all the shortcomings and instruct us what we can improve in the house in an inexpensive manner such as increasing the efficiency of the furnace/AC including the airflow pressure upstairs and air cleanliness. Once we act upon his recommendations including the humidifier purchase for the house this should extend the life of the furnace and AC, save the walls and the furniture from dry air and save me time with less frequent cleaning as dust was very visible everywhere. Not to mention our health should be less impacted by the unclean dusty air.Very grateful I have found this company and Daniel even invited me to watch the video how he was cleaning our dusty furnace.I have actually chosen Energy Home Service based on very positive reviews. We just got our ducts cleaned and we are very pleased with the service Daniel had provided! He was professional, explained what he was doing and showed me the video of the duct being cleaned. He wore booties in the house, made sure the walls and furniture were protected with these guards while moving the hose around. Highly recommended!!Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I chose this company based on positive Google reviews, and I was not disappointed! Sam did a very thorough and professional job with the duct cleaning, and Sabrina was an excellent communicator from the office end of it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these folks again. (And yes, this is a legit review. Nobody paid me to say it!)
