The service was excellent. Adam explained the whole process and give us advices on how to maintain the system in order for it to run efficiently. He also showed a video of the duct being cleaned. The air quality and air flow of the house improved significantly after the service. Will definitely recommend the company.

I used this company to clean all the ducts and air vents in my house and for some minor vent repairs. The technician was Sam and he was amazing. He called in advance to let know he would be arriving soon. He was friendly and professional and very thorough. When he was done, he cleaned everything up and didn’t leave behind any dirt/dust/debris etc. I had called for a few quotes before deciding this this company. They had very competitive pricing and early availability. I was extremely happy with the service provided and highly recommend this company for vent cleaning.

I can't recommend Energy Clean Heating and Air Systems enough. Everything about our experience with them from their sales team to their installation and services was exceptional and so helpful. We used them to install a new furnace, hot water heater and AC in our house which is a daunting task to try to figure out which one is the best, but as I was talking with Joe, the sales rep I felt like he was actually trying to help us find the right system for our house instead of just trying to sell me something. And then when it was time to install everything Paolo did an exception job. Even when he ran into unexpected issues because our house was older, it was clear he was intent on doing the job right and not just trying to get it done. I will definitely be recommending these guys to all friends and if you need maintenance done on your furnace ask for Paolo. As I said, I can't say enough good things about my experience with him.

My experience using Energy Home Services was nothing but positive. S&S were both professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous. It's clear that Sam takes pride in his work. He walked me through the entire process and as the day progressed he provided updates. He worked in a small mechanical room and despite having a cramped space to work in, he managed to make it all fit. Not only did Sam clean up after he was finished he also provided useful usage tips on how to use the new equipment. Installed was a humidifier, an air purifier, a thermostat, and the ducts were cleaned. I highly recommend Energy Home Services.

It all started with a broken furnace. We have started with the furnace but will be adding a heating pump in the next few months. We retained Energy Clean after enquiring about which furnace and heat pump would be best for our house and it was mainly a battle between Trane and Daikin brands. Trane won. We chose Scott and his company Energy Clean because of his patience, understanding of our needs and overall a gentle personality (his technician / staff were of similar nature). They answered all our questions to our satisfaction and gave us what we needed ultimately - best appliances at the best prices with quality service. Sam did an amazing job with our vents, furnace & duct cleaning & sanitizing. The air was choked to some of the vents upstairs (no airflow) prior to cleaning as we just did popcorn removal & house painting. After the service, everything was flowing smoothly & smells fresh. I wish I had contacted Home Energy Service sooner! Daniel’s professionalism and knowledge are beyond impressive! He was very detailed and found/resolved issues in our new home’s duct work our builder could not resolve for us for the longest time! He also walked me through everything, educated me on how to improve and maintain air quality in our home. I learned so much from him in one day. Very professional compared to other companies used in the past, Ahmed was our service provider, first he inspected all the vents and the air returns, examined air flow, found problems and addressed them professionally, cleaned the furnace and lastly he sanitized all the vents, not a particle of dust was spotted anywhere, left the space clean and fresh, he also showed us on camera what’s going on and the amount of dust and debris being collected and sucked by the powerful vacuum, All I can say that this company will be the only one to recommend in the future and whenever we need this type of service. Used them for a humidifier installation. The gentleman over the phone took his time and explained to me why the brand they choose over the ones you can buy out there. Really patient and thorough. I submitted a request for a quote and was contacted immediately to discuss my needs and was given a quote right away. On the day of installation the service was exceptional. Everything I requested over the phone was followed through on the day of. What an AMAZING experience. We were blessed to have Ahmed as our technician. He conducted a thorough assessment of the area and pointed out several areas of heat loss. He checked each heating element and noted poor heat circulation and then proceeded to clean our events. They have powerful tools which suctioned all the dust and debris from our vents. Many of our rooms were noticeably warmer after the service. I only wish I knew about this company sooner. Thank you Ahmed and Energy Home Service for going above and beyond my expectations. Extremely pleased with the services of Energy home services. I have used their services a couple of times now, once for air duct cleaning and another time for installing a humidifier. Both times Ahmed was the technician. He knows the job well and is very professional. He also gave us various good tips on maintenance. Very honest, well organized and very well structured from a business perspective. A true value for our money and 110% peace of mind provided with 110% satisfaction. Very professional, certified and dexterity team with a complete understanding of a real science behind duct and air flow management systems. The entire end to end process carried out in a such detail that I cannot describe in few words. Technicians used start of the art technology during the cleaning process and I have seen live cleaning process on instrument screen. They used so-called whip mechanism and process to clean inside air supply channels, a very interesting process to watch. I have seen before and after cleaning live video on instrument screen. I very much appreciated the way they have taken care of house during the entire cleaning process, they have used long standing Door Corner Protectors to avoid any damage to door paint and they laid floor mats on floor to protect floor from any damage, at the end of the cleaning process, the very last step they done is they vacuum the house. I highly recommend this Company with confidence because of my excellent experience with both installations. Before he did the work and charge us, Adam reviewed the estimate and number of vents. He gave professional advices about management. We found out that there was an error and was overly charged which Adam corrected. They are legit. So we did the business first which was very professionally done. He was knowledgeable, easy going, friendly, trustable, relatable, and patient with my father's numerous questions b/c we were doing a lot of things wrong!! That helped. He explained his work so we weren't left in the dark; as he showed us the extent of the damage of unmanaged and damaged ducts. He did the work fast! Sam did an absolutely incredible job! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional! He tested the air flow, covered all of the vents, and protected all of the corners and furniture. Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized everything and showed a live video. I was expecting some dust to escape the vents, but NOTHING came into the house from the vents!!! Gave us a lot of tips on how to best maintain and improve the HVAC system to be most energy efficient (some simple diy things too). Most importantly, he found a whole section of one of our basement ducts (facing the ceiling) is completely missing!!! The developers didn't install it, our house inspector missed it, and previous hvac company missed it too. It explains why our basement is freezing, upstairs is hot, and hydro bill it higher than neighbouring houses. Sam goes above and beyond! Daniel was very kind to explain all the shortcomings and instruct us what we can improve in the house in an inexpensive manner such as increasing the efficiency of the furnace/AC including the airflow pressure upstairs and air cleanliness. Once we act upon his recommendations including the humidifier purchase for the house this should extend the life of the furnace and AC, save the walls and the furniture from dry air and save me time with less frequent cleaning as dust was very visible everywhere. Just had a new furnace, air cleaner, and humidifier installed, Scott was great to deal with, his installation team of Danston and Homid did a fantastic job installing all of the eqpt. They even levelled the furnace which was not even noticed by my previous contractor in 2005 . These guys are real professional and fast and they answered every question that I asked to the best of their ability. We had our ducts cleaned by Sam today. He arrived at our home at 1240 and left at 1620, he spent almost 4 hrs to meticulously clean all the ducts! I almost book the service with another company then based on so many positive reviews I decided to do it with this company. I am glad I did, Sam did an amazing job, he was very polite and pleasant to deal with. It is true this company treats customer’s house like their own like how they advertise on their website. The technician that did our ducts was Adam. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple of tips to improve overall airflow. It is wonderful to get honest advice. I could not believe it if I did not see it on video how dirty our vents and cold air returns were. Oh, one thing you will notice when they leave. The house is fresh and smells wonderful. Sam was friendly, polite and informative. He showed me how to change my furnace humidifier filter which I had never done before (oops!). He also resolved an airflow issue in one of the bedrooms that previously had zero heat or AC flowing through the air vent. Another bedroom he increased the air flow by 25%. Moved into a new home and knew my air ducts needed a big clean. I immediately called them as I have used them before. The price was going to be higher cause a larger home which I understood. They came, went over the entire house with me and it took just over 3 hours but the amount that was cleaned out was stunning. This the second time I used Energy Home Services and once again they were exceptional. I used them about two years ago and they unclogged and cleaned my central vacuum system. Sam is great and polite guy who serviced my house. He came with smile and have PPE protected before entering our house. He is honest, patient and professional on all details.
